Exchanging Your Vows
Host your ceremony in an outdoor amphitheater, framed by enchanting castle grounds and surrounded by tiered seating for your guests. This picturesque setting provides a breathtaking customizable backdrop, with the splendor of the castle enhancing every moment. Guest seating is built into the landscape

➢ Rehearsal led by Event Manager to establish and practice procession, placement, and
overall flow
➢ Setup and breakdown of venue provided arbor frame
➢ Removal and transport of safety gates
➢ Setup and breakdown of venue provided covers for outdoor seating surfaces
➢ Staff to serve as ushers to escort guests and provide general information
➢ Event coordinator to work hand in hand with your day of coordinator for general oversight

➢ Electrical outlets are available (sound system not included)​
Pre-Reception
Also called Welcome Hour, Tower Hour & Cocktail Hour... make it yours
Before the reception begins, guests can enjoy cocktail hour and time for exploration through the castle grounds. Our two-level walls and lookout towers create an extraordinary setting for entertaining your guests.

➢ Setup and breakdown of six Uhuburg provided highboy tables with tablecloth linens
➢ Setup and breakdown of bar and cocktail rectangular tables (catering linens not included)
➢ Setup and breakdown of backdrop drapes behind bar service
➢ Staff to facilitate safe access to the Lookout Tower and invite guests to enjoy the grounds

Step into the grandeur of the Great Hall for an unforgettable reception. The 1,500-square-foot ballroom, with its sprung floor designed for dancing, offers a stunning setting for your celebration. Ornate mirrors and elegant details surround you, creating a timeless and captivating atmosphere. With a seamless flow from ceremony to reception, the space comfortably accommodates up to 114 guests. There is a music loft for your live band or DJ to set up.
Provided by Uhuburg: Setup and breakdown of tables with black or ivory linens, chairs for up to 114 guests, and a separate space for the buffet in the Drawing Room (food and beverage linens are not included and are typically provided by the caterer).
Send Off
Before the reception begins, guests can enjoy an hour of exploration within the castle grounds. Our walls and towers create an extraordinary setting for mingling, toasts, and capturing unforgettable photos. Highboy tables and beverage stations complete this elegant interlude.

The Reception
Celebrate in the magnificent Great Hall, featuring a 1,500-square-foot ballroom with a sprung floor designed for dancing. With set-up and breakdown included, the space accommodates up to 114 guests, offering a seamless transition from ceremony to celebration. A dedicated buffet space and music loft ensure an immersive and sophisticated reception experience.

Stay
The castle offers six luxurious guest chambers for a two-night stay, accommodating up to thirteen guests. Breakfast is provided daily, allowing your closest friends and family to enjoy a weekend of celebration within the castle’s walls, with the added convenience of a seamless commute to the ceremony.

Planning & Support
From the moment you inquire to the final send-off, our dedicated event managers will assist with planning, logistics, and vendor coordination. Our preferred vendor list and in-house décor rentals provide additional options to bring your vision to life. A multipurpose prep room is also available for added convenience.
