Meet the Team
Bob Marthai Owner, architect and builder who dreamed of building a castle in the mountains of North Georgia to share what he has found to be important for the good life. Bob is an ex-psychologist and retired tall ship captain and naval architect.
Naomi Marthai Administrative assistant with many hats: event manager, muralist, web designer, gardener, and more to come. Naomi was previously an 8th grade science teacher and loves to dance, especially with her Dad.
We are grateful for the more than 70 workers, volunteers, trade folks, donors and inspectors who helped build Uhuburg from foundation to tower.
